We get this question all the time, and I know the process can be confusing. We always ship bees separately. First, we will only ship them FedEx 2-Day (on our dime) regardless of what shipping method you have chosen for your products. This ensures they are not languishing in a warehouse somewhere. Second, we don't send them with products because they can be damaged banging about in the box. The only exceptions are a couple of small products that are often sold as bundles at a discount.
Your bees will ship on the date you selected at the time of your order. You can find this information in the confirmation email. If you can't find it, take a peek in your spam folder.
