I understand you would like to make a change to your order. For your protection, and ours, we do not keep payment information on file. So, it is not possible to change an existing order. However, if it has not yet shipped, we can cancel and refund the order.
If your order has shipped, you can return it. We will issue your refund upon receipt of the products(s) in new condition.
Refunds should appear in your account with three to 10 days.
If it hasn't shipped yet, I will place a three-day hold on the shipment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel the order. It will otherwise ship out after the three-day hold has expired.
