Track My Order - Not Logged In

A confirmation email is sent each time a shipping label is printed. If you don't see it in your email inbox, take a peek at your spam folder. Still no confirmation? You can Submit a Help Center Support Ticket.

Your confirmation includes the tracking number. Plug that number into your web browser and it should take you to the shipper's tracking page. You should see information on where your package is now and when it might be expected. If the status says "Pending" or no expected delivery date is indicated, Submit a Help Center Support Ticket and let us know.

NOTE: Orders ship anywhere from one to four days from placement of order--depending on the season. This information appears at the top, center of the HELP CENTER page. During this pandemic, shipping is not as reliable as we've grown accustomed to. For FedEx 2-Day, please be aware that three or even four days is possible. If day five rolls around without your order arriving let us know by Submitting a Help Center Support Ticket. This is true of all shipping companies. Staffing shortages result in common delays.
