HELP CENTER and BEE KNOWLEDGEABLE
Due to our very small staff, it is best to contact us through the HELP CENTER. We just don't have the staff to do phone consultations, so we have put tremendous effort into making our website robust enough to answer nearly every question you may have. If after studying the information we have provided you, you don't feel you have sufficient information, please feel free to start a conversation by clicking on the Live Chat button at the bottom, right-hand button at the bottom of each page. This way we can direct you to the information you need. We also offer Live Chat. If we are away from Live Chat or are busy with other customers, your chat will become an email and we will respond as soon as we possibly can. The Live Chat icon is always available on every page at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
From the HELP CENTER, you can get information on all of the non-bee related workings of Crown Bees, including Create an Account. Take a peek at the other resources listed in the HELP CENTER page while you are there. You can track packages, check on orders, do returns . . . However, all of these things are easier when you have an account set up. See ACCOUNT BENEFITS for more information on why being an account holder is a good thing.
